Battery

The rated voltage of the lithium sub-battery is 3.6V, and the working voltage varies with the load, generally between 3.0V and 3.6V, which is the highest among all single batteries at present. The mass specific energy of the battery is as high as 500Wh/Kg, and the volume specific energy is as high as 1000Wh/L, which is the highest in the current battery.
According to its use, it can be divided into two types: ER (lithium sub) capacity type, CR (lithium manganese) power type
Lithium sub-battery is especially suitable for long-term discharge use, the load voltage is very stable, and more than 90% of the capacity can be output on a high platform with almost constant voltage.
Lithium battery can be used in extremely harsh environments, conventional batteries can be used in -55℃~+85℃, the annual self-discharge rate of the battery is less than 1% at room temperature, and the storage period can reach up to 25℃. 10 years.

How to choose a suitable primary lithium battery?
1. Regarding the open circuit voltage:
When the battery is in the open circuit, its voltage is the open circuit voltage, and its value is determined by the electrochemical system itself. Among the most commonly used primary lithium batteries at present, the nominal voltage of lithium-manganese dioxide battery is 3.0V, and the nominal voltage of lithium-thionyl chloride battery is 3.6V.

2. About the capacity of the battery:
The capacity of a battery is expressed in ampere-hours (Ah), which is the product of operating current and operating time. Operating time is the time it takes the battery to discharge to its termination voltage. The capacity is determined by the amount of active material contained in the battery, which is proportional to it. That is, the larger the battery volume, the more active materials, and the larger the capacity.

3. About the standard discharge current:
The standard discharge current refers to the continuous discharge current that can reach the nominal capacity of the battery when it is continuously discharged to the specified termination voltage (2V) under a certain temperature condition. The specific data is according to the regulations of the manufacturer.

4. About the maximum continuous working current
Refers to the maximum continuous working current output when the battery is continuously discharged to 2.0V under the environment of 20±2℃, and the battery can discharge 50% of the rated capacity.

5. About the maximum pulse working current:
Maximum pulse working current: Refers to the maximum pulse working current value output by a battery that has discharged 50% of its rated capacity, when the duration is 10 seconds and the working voltage is 2.0V.

The main purpose:
Lithium sub-battery can be used in various fields, mainly used in intelligent three meters (water, electricity, gas meter), computer support power supply, medical equipment, wireless communication, oil drilling, portable communication equipment, scientific research instruments, remote control data acquisition system, military applications and other electrical equipment.

Application of primary lithium battery:
The vast majority of IOT products will choose disposable lithium batteries as the first choice for power supply. Smart watch battery experts: Tekcell IOT products, primary lithium batteries are mainly divided into: capacity type / power type The voltage is between 3V -3.6V, the operating temperature range The widest range (-60°C to 85°C), this type of battery is most suitable for use in hard-to-reach places and harsh environments. Main applications: Smart Meter / Automatic Meter Reading System AMR/AMI Data Acquisition Monitoring System SCADA.

Cases of successful promotion of PAC battery products:
Taipower Electric Meter Project, Japan Gas Meter Project, Thailand Smart Street Light, French Freezer Sensing. American Beer Keg Tracker, Australia Container Tracking/Pallet Tracking…….
